Quality Assurance Manager for a Home Care Facility

Modern Minds HR Services is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for a Home Care Facility in the Hospital amp; Health Care industry.

The Quality Assurance Manager will play a significant role in creating and maintaining systems that ensure the effectiveness of our home care facility. In this role, You will coordinate all of the planning, execution, and recap functions involved in the quality assurance of the facility's KPI and datum. Shall lead other colleagues and fosters collaboration and cooperation with the greater result in the pursuit of delivering high-quality health care service and ensuring compliance with the required standards of authorizing bodies (HAAD, Tasneef-Jawda, ACHC etc.)

Works in collaboration with the management, supervisors, and staff to lead the quality and safety program. The key functions of this position are to ensure that AHHC maintains its accreditation status and to lead key strategic quality and safety improvement initiatives across the organization.

• Assist and review the identification and development of required procedures and processes related to quality measure
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company-specific regulations related to the quality of services, KPI, and to the other performance of day-to-day activities.
• Oversee detailed inspections and documentation in improving the data collection and submission process
• Prepare and maintain quality records for review of completeness and accuracy to meet both internal and external expectations
• Perform quality and spot-checking to ensure that the guidelines of authorizing bodies involved are being followed.
• Perform internal audit of data collected for JAWDA KPI prior to submission.
• Lead quality meetings monthly/quarterly prior to submission and able to identify the root cause of the problem.
• KPI review, corrective action, and preventive measures to be decided by the committee to improve the service.
• Providing effective leadership in Quality Management
• Coordinate the process of ensuring accreditation standards continue to be adhered to and upgraded as required.
• Maintains continuity of nursing by documenting and communicating actions and continuing needs.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in quality assurance in a healthcare setting, preferably in-home care.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing home care facilities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
