Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, understand position requirements, and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Ensure that a positive hiring experience is delivered by leading innovative and robust recruitment, feedback and communication process (for our internal teams as well as the candidates!)
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct thorough and structured interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate management, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings, ensuring a consistent pool of high-quality candidates.
- Utilize our applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools to streamline the recruitment process and maintain accurate candidate data.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment, implementing innovative approaches to attract and engage top talent.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred
- Familiarity with a fast, ever-changing environment, ideally with high volume recruitment
- A communicator and collaborator at heart
Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems (preferably Workable amp; LinkedIn Recruiter)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Flexible and adaptable style, who can easily recruit across different functions at different levels
- The successful candidate will need to have interpersonal skills, to liaise with internal stake holders, as well as interviewing candidate virtually or in person.
- Experience supporting the full recruitment life cycle from inception to completion
- Proven track record in a recruitment role with experience of recruiting roles across all functions within a business
- Sourcing demonstrate understanding of utilizing creative and effective methods to source quality candidates directly, as well as the confidence, organization, and interpersonal skill to be able to approach passive candidates for roles.
