Our Client is a fast growing start up e commerce company they are looking to hire a Junior Financial Accountant to join their team in UAE.
- Support the budget and forecast building processes and effectively collaborate with related internal and external stakeholders throughout the process and act as a point of contact between the operations and central finance.
- Work closely with the leadership team and the central finance team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan aligned with the company short- and long-term business plans.
- Analyze financial and operational results and prepare reports to better understand Business
- Develop, implement, and improve operational metrics and analysis of key operational metrics in accordance with the company strategic goals and objectives.
- Collect, analyze, summarize, and report on certain KPI’s and financial results.
- Monitor the Budget Vs. Actual status of CAPEX projects and collaborate with project owners to remain within allocated project budgets.
- Support in developing and driving the necessary business case preparation and investment appraisals to support on new initiatives
- Produce detailed analysis on Port’s actual performance Vs. Budget and work closely with operations’ teams to bridge any gaps identified through the analysis.
- Maintain and publish period-end management reporting packages and assist in the design of such reports to serve the needs of port management.

Requirements
- 3 to 5 years in fintech / start up e commerce company
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
