Site Supervisor with 5 Years experience required for for our client in UAE. Our client is a leading construction firm, providing a range of construction services in Dubai. As a Site Supervisor, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of projects, supervising work crews, and meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise work crews and ensure safe work practices are adhered to.
- Schedule work activities and ensure project milestones are met.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular progress reports.
- Monitor project costs and report any discrepancies to management.
- Maintain project site records and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure the quality of work meets all project specifications.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the project.
Job Specification
- Minimum 5 Years experience in site supervision.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards.
- Experience managing construction teams.
