Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our Product Operations team. This is a great opportunity to be an integral part of Lean’s Product organization, taking a key role in enabling product decisions and operational excellence. As a Product Ops team member, you can work cross-functionally, enhance your data skills, develop your product know-how, and learn about the region’s fintech ecosystem. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn and make an immediate impact!
What is Product Operations at Lean?
Our mission is to empower the Product team to execute and collaborate at its very best by supporting product managers with resources and data, enhancing cross-functional processes, and reporting product KPIs to the executive team for strategic decisions. Product Ops is highly cross-functional. We engage with most parts of the business which is challenging but makes us a powerhouse of knowledge. It is a very diverse function. We work on a big variety of projects, ranging from data analysis to process alignment to product strategy. The work is hands-on, requiring both problem-solving skills and strong implementation.
Data analysis and visualization
One of the main missions of Product Ops is to create a data-driven organisation. You will be contributing to this mission with the following responsibilities. Support product teams in collecting data to analyze KPIs tracking product healthBuild dashboards to visualize data. These will be reported to the rest of the company, including the executive team, to enable data-driven business decision support business intelligence analysis by working with other teams, including Finance and Customer Success.
Program Management- Manage hundreds of test accounts being used in daily operations across both UAE and KSA
- Optimize cross-functional processes through automation and process alignment
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure efficient product testing
Tooling and integrations- Implement internal platform integrations to achieve efficiency and consistency across teams through automated workflows
- Assist in the design and development of internal tooling to enhance company operations
