One of our clients is looking for an Admin Executive with 2 years of experience to join the Human Resources Division.
Job Description: Admin Executive
Responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing documentation, files, and records
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Assisting in the recruitment process including posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, and shortlisting candidates
- Handling phone and email correspondence with clients, candidates, and employees
- Providing administrative support to the HR department and senior management
- Maintaining office supplies, inventory, and equipment
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices is an advantage
