Job Description

Apt Resources, a leading name in the recruitment industry, is looking for a skilled Sales Manager - Commercial Interiors and design solution for their client who specialize in Commercial interiors and design solutions. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing sales strategies for our commercial interiors and design solutions segment. You will be in charge of creating a winning sales team, managing sales processes, identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with clients, and delivering against targets.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Manage and build a talented sales team that can achieve targets and surpass client expectations.
  • Identify and pursue potential new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Manage the sales process, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and managing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver on their expectations.
  • Actively monitor the market, keep abreast of industry trends, and update the company on competitor activity.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of [5] years’ experience in sales, with at least [3] years in the commercial interiors and design solutions industry in Dubai.
  • An already established network of contacts in Dubai.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of the commercial interiors and design solutions industry, including market trends, product offerings, and competitors.
  • Ability to manage a diverse sales team and create a positive sales culture.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales Automation tools.
  • Must have a valid UAE driving license
