We are looking for a Business Development Manager - Advertising who will be responsible for building deep client relationships, through leveraging Bayut | dubizzle’s digital advertising products and technology, combined with performance data that provides actionable insights for our advertiser’s and agency partners, whilst consistently delivering on revenue targets.
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with our brand and direct-response advertising clients to drive adoption of market leading advertising initiatives;
- Work closely with clients to outline and explore solutions and appropriate campaign structures based upon key KPI’s;
- Manage and consult on complex advertising solutions and integrations. Work with cross functional internal teams and vendors to develop and execute on unique customized solutions;
- Identify, drive, up-sell and cross-sell sales opportunities across your managed portfolio and coordinate with our advertising client to drive incremental pipeline revenue.
- Oversee delivery and revenue recognition for the accounts assigned
- Utilize internal CRM tools to drive revenue growth, retention and track performance of managed Clients;
- Leverage campaign performance and market data to ensure client’s KPI’s are achieved and provide insights which drive their strategy forward.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working directly with top-tier media agencies and/or direct advertisers.
- Strong knowledge and experience across digital, including traditional display, mobile and programmatic.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written amp; verbal) at all levels of an organization and / or at external speaker events.
- Ability to apply rigor, methodologies and use technology to execute, assess, and explain complex brand
- and performance marketing solutions.
- Experience working effectively with ad operations teams and other cross functional teams such as product, marketing and finance.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills are essential, with experience analyzing data-sets and delivering actionable insights for the client.
- Natural desire to provide exceptional levels of service quality and deliver campaigns that exceed clients’ expectations;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong consultative sales and solid analytical skills.
