Build a digital strategy road map- balancing the top of the funnel to drive discovery, awareness, consideration, and positive disposition, and at the same time- leverage on low hanging fruit to drive conversions and revenue across the multiple channels. The idea candidate must be an experienced digital marketer who would propel SEO/SEM to drive ROI, develop and implement the most effective Digital Marketing strategies using the different tools, technologies, and platforms.
The Head of Growth/Performance Marketing will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s growth initiatives across digital media platforms; Creating, executing, and controlling integrated digital marketing initiatives, linking paid media (Social amp; Paid search) to the company’s owned (website) and earned channels to increase effectiveness and strengthen earned and own media. He/she would be working closely with the content marketing and brand marketing teams on optimizing advertising impact in paid, earned and own media. To be an in charge of coming up with innovative, compelling digital marketing concepts and developing and implementing digital brand marketing campaigns in close collaboration with the brand team.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in the digital field. Preferrable SaaS, CPaaS
• University Degree in Marketing or Communications or related field.
• Have an excellent eye for detail in web and digital media.
• Excellent understanding of paid/earned/owned media landscape and deep knowledge of marketing and advertising trends and opportunities in Digital as the role would participate in digital marketing budgeting cycle and provide input the budgeting process.
• Excellent organizational, people management and project planning/management skills coupled with the ability to work in a self-directed manner.
