• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks on a regular basis
• Respond to maintenance requests from hotel staff and guests
• Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Conduct routine inspections of hotel equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and fix building automation systems
• Keep work areas clean and organized at all times
• Communicate effectively with hotel staff and management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
