Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Monitor and track project tasks and activities by keeping records and analysis.
- Monitor and evaluate the work progress, update actual progress on engineering phase, and correct out-of-sequence activities to put in EDDR.
- Update all Progress Measurement System (PMS).
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and forecast estimation plan using backlog analysis in accordance with mitigation plan schedule.
- Update EDDR, procurement register, engineering schedule, manpower histogram, manpower and equipment deployment plan) etc.
- Participate in the weekly and monthly progress meetings, presentations, and discussions to take minutes of meeting and to stay up to date with the project progress.
- Update cash invoice status in accordance with Cost Control Team.
- Ensure the compliance of daily schedule and plan the activities for the next day and one month look ahead.
- Support the Project Manager with project related administration, scheduling regular meetings, record decisions, create and update workflows, and provide documentation to internal team.

Qualification, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Experience: 7+ Years with relevant experience in EPC oil and gas.
Knowledge: Industry knowledge, technical knowledge, and QHSE procedures.
Skills: Communication and interpersonal, Digital and computer aid, Report writing, Planning and organization, Data analysis, Mathematical, Project management, Multitasking.
