In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping
To oversee financial transaction processing and reconciliations within organization
To lead on the annual statutory year-end requirements, agreeing timetables and responsibilities with all involved, with the primary focus being to achieve a clean audit.
To maintain the day-to-day relationship with our bank service provider
To review VAT returns, providing guidance to the Financial Accountant as required, managing the minimization of irrecoverable VAT.
To provide direct responsibility for compliance costs, such as external audit, property leases and minimizing irrecoverable VAT.
To review and authorize the monthly payroll process, working with the Financial Accountant and HR in maintaining an efficient service.
To ensure the proper management, reporting and reforecasting of controlled budgets, and participate in budgeting and financial management at departmental level as required
To provide effective management and leadership, and conduct performance and development reviews of staff managed, to ensure motivated performance, high quality service delivery and achievement of the business plan
Allocate resources and manage cash flows. Conduct profit and cost analysis
Consult Board of committee regarding funding options to run day-to day finance activities.
Recommend Board of committee for cost reduction solution
