REQUIREMENTS
- English is mandatory.
- At least 1 year experience in sales role
- Have great time management.
- Have growth mindset.
The responsibilities of sales agents include:
- Actively engage with new client leads and convert them to new clients according to regulations.
- Assist clients with account opening and first deposit.
- Achieve personal and team sales targets on a consistent basis outlined by the Head of sales
Candidates undergo 5-6 days of training which will equip them with necessary information relating to the brand they will be assigned. Training on the use of the following systems: customer database, CRM.
