• Manage training needs for food service and retail outlets in UAE
• Prepare the learning platform and modules for existing Food service and Retail outlets in UAE
• Evaluate training needs and current training programs and roll out training calender
• Prepare on-boarding training plan , material and budgets
• Create and deliver a training development plan with complete set of training materials, tutorials, learning resources, online modules.
• Create a positive productive workforce that can optimize its current and future goals and objectives and deliver quality products and services that can meet consumers’ requirements or needs.
• Manage the development of peopleand to do so in a way that supports other key business priorities.

Requirements

• Min 7 yrs experience with developing and delivering training solutions in the retail and/or food sector.
• Proven experience in creating training tools , materials and presentations
• Excellent presentation skills to present and handle training programs effectively.
• Has the communication skills and presence to gain credibility amp; acceptance
• Display a positive, can-do attitude to promote new ideas and improvements
• Multi-tasking
• Well-developed administrative skills to manage training programs efficiently, including sessions and budgets.
• Impressive communication and interpersonal skills in English, written and spoken.
• Multilingual candidates preferred.
