Bayut amp; dubizzle - The Arab World's only Homegrown Unicorn Business is now inviting applications for internships of 6 months duration in our Business Intelligence department.

As a Project Intern, you will be responsible to assist in the implementation of projects and optimization of our CRM system. You will support the team in driving efficiency and improving customer satisfaction through CRM and operational initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of project management and contribute to the successful implementation of projects. You will also support the team in different project-related tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
In this role, you will:
- Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Collaborate with team members to gather project requirements and provide support in developing project plans.
- Conduct research and gather data to support project initiatives.
- Assist in tracking project progress and maintaining project documentation.
- Support in organising project meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Contribute to identifying and addressing project-related challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to project management.
- Assist in data entry and management.
- Proactively address problems and collaborate with the team to identify areas for CRM and operational optimization and process improvement.
- Provide support in user training and onboarding for the CRM system.
- Support the team in analysing CRM data and generating reports for performance evaluation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's / master’s degree in business, IT, Project Management, Engineering or Logistics
- While prior knowledge of SaaS or product concepts is beneficial, it is not mandatory.
- Stakeholder management
- Understanding of economies of scale and cost benefit
- Product development and engineering knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
