Our services have also expanded in 2020 beyond Brick amp; Mortars to include Cloud Kitchens and wide expansion in Virtual Brands. Eathos currently operates in more than 41 branches across the 2 countries with 6 Cloud Kitchens and up to 15 Virtual Brands.
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all the customers.
What you will do:
- Welcome and greet customers and escort them to their tables
- Make menu recommendations, answering questions, and sharing additional information about the restaurant menu
- Prepare the table by setting up linens, silverwares, and glasses
- Inform the guests about the special offers and discounts, and upsell additional products when appropriate
- Responsible on getting and serving food based on the customer’s orders
- Communicate order details to the kitchen staff
- Handles customer complaints and endorse them to the manager
- Ensure speed and accuracy in serving food orders
- Collect payments from the customers
- Work as per duty schedule and shift
- Comply with the company health and safety policies and procedures
- Work in a team spirit by assisting and supporting your colleagues
- Follow Eathos rules, regulations, and standards
Requirements
- You must have two to three years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress
- You must be a high-flier over teamwork and communication
- You must maintain high standards of customer service and cleanliness
- You must have the attention to details and patience for customers
- You must be able to multi-task, work under pressure, and fast-paced environment
- You are currently located in the UAE
