Summary: Huda Beauty is looking for an eCommerce Planning amp; Logistics Manager to support the Huda Beauty Ecommerce team, with responsibilities including, but not limited to sales forecasts, inventory management, newness buying/order placement amp; performance/ad hoc reporting for business stakeholders. This role will report into the Director of Customer Service amp; Operations, Ecommerce.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily and weekly sales reporting for the business, sharing performance against internal + forecast/expectation
- Responsible for yearly, monthly, weekly and daily sales and volume forecast, taking into account market and business trends
- Manage Key Product Performance with focus on sales trend, inventory levels and transfer needs
- Monthly consolidation of sales reports for Samp;OP prep
- Prep data file for Weekly Sell In Reports
- Set promotion and sales recommendation plans according to stock levels and budget
- Support buying/ordering process, working closely with Planning/Sales, Supply Chain and Retailer teams
- Collecting and consolidating newness forecasts
- Tracking forecasts submitted/outstanding against deadlines for launches
- Tracking inbound newness inventory and availability against inbound deadlines
- Manage and provide weekly updates on out-of-stock skus / back in stock ETAs
- Review and make recommendations on ad-hoc inventory requests: transfers/gratis/marketing/etc
- RTV documentation tracking
- Manage internal and DC requests (SKU updates, inventory requests, planning queries, etc.)
- Tracking, troubleshooting, and following up on ERP Inventory issues and projects as needed
- Monthly refresh of assortment updates/discontinued products
- Manage Inventory related Order Issues, working closely with Warehouses and Customer Service
- Additional projects as needed
- Ensure that the marketing calendar of activations align with promos and inventory levels
- Identify GWP and sampling options based on inventory availability, budget, and set corresponding sales strategy
- Develop and coordinate virtual bundle ideas (SKUS, Pricing, sales mechanism, etc.)
Requirements
- 5-6 years in similar role, preferably within a D2C Ecommerce business
- Experience and familiarity with retail mathematics and analyzing large data sets, blending data from a variety of sources
- Strong excel skills and proven ability to build reporting dashboards from scratch
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with Salesforce, ERP systems, and Power BI preferred
- Team player willing to wear many hats and thrives in a scrappy environment
- Availability to attend conference calls with international markets
- CPG, beauty, fashion or lifestyle experience preferred
