Summary: Huda Beauty is looking for a Social Media Executive to join our Global eCommerce team. In this role, the Social Media Executive will support the on-the-ground execution of Huda Beauty Shop’s social commerce strategy, social content planning, social listening and analytics, and social selling. This team member will be a key part of the Global eCommerce Team and will help drive direct revenue growth via organic social channels. A natural cross-functional collaborator, his team member will also work in close alignment with Huda Beauty’s Global Social Team, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Commercial Markets, and other departments. This role reports into the Senior Global eCommerce Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organic Social Content Curation: Assist in strategic content curation (Stories, in-feed posts) for our brand’s commercial social channel @HudaBeautyShop supporting eCommerce animations, promotions, and other commercial activations
- Organic Social Asset Briefing: Brief creative assets from the Global Creative team for optimized for social platforms, that drive traffic and engagement with launches, and promotions on the eCommerce site
- Omnichannel Social Amplification: Work closely with eCommerce and cross-functional teams in the execution of 360 omnichannel paid and organic campaigns and drive both channels’ KPIs
- Strategic Opportunities: Keep an eye on emerging global trends, innovations, and technologies in the social commerce space and evangelize those opportunities back to the eCommerce Team and wider organization
- Data Analytics amp; Reporting: Report on social results with a focus on social-attributed eCommerce revenue, and share behavior trends, KPIs, and other key learnings across the organization
- Live Selling: Contribute to and actively participate in the ideation, planning, and technical execution of Live Shopping activations, alongside cross-functional teams
- Digital Innovations: Support the team as needed on new digital innovation projects that impact social media and consumer engagement. The sky is the limit!
- Cross-Channel Collaboration: Work closely with other teams across the organization, including Brand Marketing, Global Social, Product Marketing, Product Development, and our Commercial Markets, to deliver a 360 brand experience
Requirements
- 4-5 Years in a social media marketing role within a consumer brand or agency
- Have experience with 1st party social media analytics platforms
- Have experience working with social scheduling and listening software
- Great mix of analytical, strategic, and creative ability
Self-starter with a strong ability to multitask various projects
- Problem solving and problem analysis skills
- Positive, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality to get the job done
- Strong communicator, ready to lead projects amp; present to senior management
- A team player that is willing to wear many hats and thrives in a fast-paced environment
