The Senior Project Manager's responsibilities include:
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource
allocation.
Resource Management: Allocate resources, assign tasks, and monitor team progress to ensure project timelines are met and quality standards are maintained.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and lead problem-solving efforts to keep projects on track.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project status, updates, and potential roadblocks to internal and
external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
Budget Management: Track project expenses, manage budgets, and ensure projects are completed within financial
constraints.
Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control processes to deliver projects that meet or exceed client
expectations.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborativeand productive work environment.
Change Management: Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential impacts, and communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and other relevant records.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices, contributing to the evolution of project management methodologies within the organization.
Requirements
ABOUT YOU:
Bachelor's degree in business or computer science.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in telecom/payment industries is a plus.
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development projects.
Strong understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks.
Proficiency in Jira administration, including project setup, workflow configuration, and user management.
Strong understanding of project management principles, techniques, and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
Familiarity with Agile tools and practices beyond Jira is a plus
