Salary range: AED 2500 - 3000 per month (Experienced candidates)
AED 2000 - 2500 per month (Fresh graduates)
Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Florist to join our team in Dubai. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing excellent customer service to our clients. While prior florist experience is not required as we offer training, we are looking for candidates with 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a beauty, gifts, or flower shop. Fresh graduates with a keen interest in creativity, design, and sales are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Following are responsibilities that you will have to fulfil as part of our team.
Spraying water solutions to make flowers and plants look fresh and increase their life span.
Design and arrange floral bouquets, centerpieces, and other floral creations.
Providing buying suggestion to client according to their occasion
Help customer resolve his doubts or queries about the flowers.
Packing flowers for customers to prevent breakages.
Provide personalized customer service and assist clients in selecting the perfect floral arrangements.
Handle sales transactions and manage the point-of-sale system.
Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the flower shop.
Assist in inventory management and restocking of floral supplies.
Participate in training sessions to enhance florist skills and knowledge.
Job Specification
Requirements:
1-2 years of retail sales experience, ideally in a beauty, gifts, or flower shop (Fresh graduates with enthusiasm for the role will also be considered)
1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a beauty, gifts, or flower shop (Recent graduates with a passion for the role will also be considered)
Enthusiasm for creativity, design, and sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong dedication and commitment to a long-term association with the company
Willingness to work a 10-hour shift for 6 days a week, with a 1-hour break (9 working hours in total)
Visa and health insurance will be provided.
