The Production Team is seeking a Video Technician to join our passionate and dynamic team.
The Video Technician will play an essential role in providing technical support to all aspects of live events, from setup through execution, ensuring seamless delivery every time. The successful candidate will manage all components of video technology, including projectors, LED screens, cameras, and a variety of media servers. Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for all video components of a live event, including projectors, LED screens, cameras, and media servers.
- Conduct pre-production tests and checks of all video equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with production staff to resolve issues that arise during events and ensure the smooth execution of all video elements.
- Operate video equipment including cameras, microphones, and audio recording devices.
- Collaborate with the video editing team to ensure timely delivery and distribution of video content.
- Ensure that equipment is maintained and in good working condition at all times.
- Actively maintain knowledge of the latest industry trends and equipment to deliver the best results to our clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in video editing software, and use of cameras and microphones.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
