As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the efficient and effective operation of the People amp; Culture Department. Your responsibilities will focus on managing various HR processes and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. You will be the point of contact for employees and management for HR-related inquiries, providing exceptional service and assistance in resolving HR issues. This position requires a strong understanding of HR processes, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and administer various HR processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits, performance management, employee offboarding, and other HR-related activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Generate HR reports and analytics as required for management decision-making.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to analyze HR data, identify trends, and generate insights that inform HR strategies and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports, presenting key metrics and trends to stakeholders, including HR leadership and management.
  • Monitor HR practices to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining and drafting HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with current laws and company standards.
  • Assist with administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Coordinate with benefit providers, resolve employee benefit issues, and facilitate open enrollment periods.
  • Assist in managing employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting company culture and values.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, such as process improvements, HR policy updates, and employee engagement programs.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to provide operational support and assist in implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals.
  • Act as a liaison between HR Operations and HR Business Partners, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of HR initiatives and projects.
  • Provide relevant data and insights to HR Business Partners to facilitate data-driven decision-making and help them address specific employee-related challenges and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or similar HR-related role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and UAE employment laws.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related softwares.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with employees and management.
  • Proficiency in data management, analysis and reporting
