Job Description: On Rotation Mason
Responsibilities:
1. Perform masonry work, including the construction, alteration, and repair of structures made of brick, block, or stone.
2. Follow blueprints or other specifications to determine the dimensions and materials required for a project.
3. Prepare and lay materials, such as bricks, concrete blocks, or stone, in a precise and accurate manner.
4. Construct corners, edges, or walls using appropriate tools and techniques.
5. Mix mortar or grout and spread it onto slabs or other surfaces using a trowel or similar tool.
6. Clean, cut, and shape bricks, blocks, or stones using hammers, chisels, or other hand tools.
7. Ensure that all work is completed according to safety regulations and industry standards.
8. Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
9. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
Job Specification
1. Proven experience as a Mason, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the accounting industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, and materials.
3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints or other construction plans.
4. Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
5. Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and spend long hours standing or bending.
