Main Job Responsibilities:
• Clean the office at the start of the day.
• Welcoming, assist and guide visitors as needed.
• Preparing Coffee amp; Tea for Executives, Staff amp; Visitors.
• Organize and control kitchen and office material storage, keeping track of material consumption
• Answers the telephone if necessary.
• Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
• Distribute parcels, documents, and others to the person's concern.
• Assisting office staff for internal and external request as needed.

• Filipino Nationality with experience in Hotel and Restaurant
• Good communication skills in English.
• Should be smart and presentable
• Neat, respectful and trustworthy personality.
• Remain flexible and work additional hours when required.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the office directly and indirectly
