AL AMAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is currently hiring a European Assistant Restaurant Manager for a French Fine Dining Restaurant. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in achieving the restaurant's highest level of customer satisfaction and financial goals. You will oversee all aspects of the dining experience, maintain quality, staff performance, financial accountability, and effective communication with the guests and team members. Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of the dining experience, including quality control, staffing, financial results, and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee all food and beverage service operations to maintain high-quality standards, cleanliness, and safety.
- Train and mentor all staff on service procedures, menu knowledge, and marketing techniques.
- Schedule and manage service and kitchen staff to ensure adequate coverage and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain inventory levels of food, beverage, and equipment, including ordering and receiving supplies.
- Develop and recommend new menu items and specials to increase guest satisfaction and revenue.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on fine dining and French cuisine.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage service procedures and techniques.
- Knowledge of local and international wines and spirits.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory control systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English, French, and one other European language.
