•The Financial Controller is responsible for the efforts and results for financial accounting and reporting as well as financial control within the Dubai office.
•Experienced Accountant , with experience Commercial operations and Cooperate Finance
•The Financial Controller oversees the finance and accounts department staff in day-to-day operations.
Requirements
•Oversee all company accounts and investments •Handle pricing of exports and comply with new Transfer Pricing regulations that are being introduced in the UAE from January 2024
•Manage Trade Finance including LCs from Dangote companies for payment of exports.
•Prepare budget and monthly management accounts
•Keep proper books and records to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
•Produce monthly Pamp;L accounts and manage profitability through P amp; L account
•Manage bank accounts and cash flow
•Ensure ledgers are posted on timely basis and reviewed monthly.
•Ensure all financial transactions (e.g. payment to vendors) are properly recorded, filed, and reported
•Ensure freight payments are paid on time after proper verification
•Ensure correct cost on PFI and invoices and avoid exchange losses.
•Prepare financial accounts for Audit amp; collaborate to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
•Prepare budget and monthly management accounts
•Manage Employee office attendance, time keeping and holiday records
•Inter- company balances must be agreed on a monthly basis and confirmation obtained.
•Arrange Salary payments.
