PRM-Global Group is seeking the role of an experienced, driven, and highly ambitious PR Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to join a dynamic, international team of multi-talented professionals. The agency is a hybrid, fully integrated group of award-winning communications units, with a team that specializes in working with a growing portfolio of clients in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
About the Role:
As an Arabic speaking PR amp; Communications Account Manager/Senior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that resonate with target audiences, strengthen brand identity, and drive media coverage across Saudi Arabia and the GCC region. You will leverage your strong media relations in the KSA and communication expertise to enhance our clients' visibility and reputation in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Media Relations: Must have strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region to secure positive media coverage and manage media inquiries effectively.
- PR Strategy and planning: Develop and execute strategic PR and communication plans aligned with clients' business goals and regional market dynamics.
- Messaging and content creation: Craft compelling press releases, media kits, and other communication materials that effectively convey key messages and updates to the media and stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for various channels, including websites, social media, newsletters, and press materials.
- Client relations: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and understanding their unique communication needs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including events and design to ensure seamless coordination with client objectives.
- Experience in internal comms, crisis comms, social media and thought leadership is a plus.
- Other PR duties as may be required from time to time.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a PR Account Manager or Senior Account Manager, with extensive experience in the Saudi Arabia and GCC region.
- Fluent in speaking Arabic and English, with excellent written communication skills in one of these languages.
- Strong media relations skills, specifically in KSA, demonstrated by a robust network of contacts within local and regional media outlets.
- A true people person who excels in client relations and management and is comfortable with complexity and adapting quickly to changes in the client’s needs
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative PR initiatives for brand exposure.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Familiarity with media monitoring tools and PR analytics.
- Independent, proactive, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- A dedicated team player that works harmoniously with colleagues across functions to achieve shared goals and collective success.
- Committed to contributing positively to the team's dynamics and fostering a culture of mutual support, growth, and open communication.
- Ideally candidate would be able to travel abroad to other sites (25%)
- Must be flexible in working hours due to demands of working across multiple time-zones
