Summary:
The role of the Asst VIP and Celebrity Influencer Marketing Manager is to globally manage the influencer outreach strategy, execution of influencer marketing campaigns and grow direct relationships with VIP and Celebrity influencers for Huda Beauty, Wishful and Kayali
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Talent and Celebrity Outreach Strategy: Identifying and reaching out to celebrities, influencers, and VIPs who align with the brand's values and objectives.
- Networking and Relationship Building: Building and maintaining a strategy for spark loyalty and community i.e strong connections with celebrities and their representatives to cultivate long-lasting partnerships.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Negotiating and managing partnerships and collaborations with celebrities for endorsements or sponsorships [paid and organic] to ensure win-win collaborations.
- Campaign Execution:
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns featuring VIPs and influencers.
- Coordinate with the content team to ensure timely and quality content creation.
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of VIP and influencer campaigns.
- Use analytics to continually refine and improve the influencer marketing strategy.
- Appearance outreach: Inviting a roster of VIP and Celebrity influencers to attend global events.
- Contribute to local and global Influencer events in terms of events concepts, creation, supplier management, product management amp; overall logistics
- Contract Negotiation: Handling contract negotiations with celebrities and their agents for paid campaigns or potential ambassadorships
- Reports: Creating reports, strategy documents and presentations for the senior management team on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Staying abreast of trends: Following social and pop-culture trends to grow celebrity and VIP roster
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including PR, content, social media, and events, to seamlessly integrate influencer initiatives.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of PR/ Influencer marketing experience (preferably beauty and/or luxury experience)
- Strong industry connections, impeccable communication skills, and a deep understanding of modern digital platforms and trends in the beauty world
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferable
- Experience using influencer reporting platforms such as Tribe Dynamics/TRAACKR
- Ability to work in dynamic amp; fast-paced environments
- Exceptional relationship builder both internally and externally
- Organized, multi-tasker and attention to detail
- Excel proficient and analytical skills
