The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the office premises, including but not limited to the pantry, washrooms, and work areas. Additionally, the Office Boy will be responsible for supporting the team with various tasks as and when required. Responsibilities
- Ensure the overall cleanliness and neatness of the office premises
- Maintain the pantry and washrooms, ensuring that adequate supplies are available at all times
- Respond to ad-hoc requests for assistance from team members, including but not limited to preparing refreshments, running errands, and photocopying documents
- Serve beverages and refreshments to guests and visitors
- Assist in setting up and preparing for meetings and events
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing to the appropriate department/individual
- Report any maintenance issues or office equipment malfunctions to the facilities team
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Willingness to perform ad-hoc tasks as required
- Flexibility with working hours, including occasional weekends
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to use email and Microsoft Office applications.
