Apt Resources, a leading recruitment company, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to MD with a hospitality background to join the team of one of their clients. As the Assistant to the MD, you will be responsible for supporting the executive with administrative tasks and maintaining a positive work environment. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the MD, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in communications with all stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Organize and maintain records and files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Perform various office duties such as data entry, copying, and filing.
- Assist the MD with special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Secretary or Executive Assistant in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as collaborate with others in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- If you have any experience or knowledge in 3D modeling or Sketch Up it will be a plus
