Apt Resources, a leading recruitment agency in the Middle East, is currently seeking a friendly and dynamic HR Manager for a well-known restaurant group in the hospitality industry in Dubai. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the HR aspects of the restaurant group. • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall goals of the restaurant group
• Oversee and manage all recruitment, staffing, and retention activities for the restaurant group
• Administer and manage employee benefits and payroll programs
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations
• Manage and maintain accurate HR records and documentation
• Conduct regular trainings and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, local visa process and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management software
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
