Very good knowledge on 2G/2.5G/3G/HSPA/HSPA+ key performance indicators (KPI) for radio network statistics and high capability in finding correlations between KPI's
• Hands on experience in parameter optimization of well-known vendors like Ericsson/Huawei/NSN/ZTE
• Good knowledge in radio network planning & design
• Strong knowledge of protocols and procedures for 2G/2.5G/3G/HSPA/HSPA+ and practical experiences on key vendor recordings & traces and their use in radio network planning & optimization (Mobile Measurements, adjacency recordings, Iub/Iu/Uu Traces etc)
• Hands-on experience in PM tools like Metrica, Optima, Tems, MapInfo, etc.
• Understanding of network alarms, and their effects on Radio Network
• Must be knowledgeable on drive test and well known drive test post processing tools.
• Experience on well-known AFP tools is a plus.
• LTE knowledge and experience is a plus.
• Vendor specific MML knowledge and experience is a plus
• Knowledge on data communications, layered architecture and IP protocol is a plus.
• Transmission and Core Network knowledge is a plus.
• Strong customer relations, a positive thinker

• Excellent verbal skills in English
• Enthusiastic team player, needs to communicate with customer daily

• Minimum 6 years of hands on experience in 2G/3G RF Optimization and RF Planning.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-vendor networks with Ericsson/Huawei/ ZTE.
• Minimum 3 year of HSPA experience
