• You’ll be working directly with stakeholders
• You’ll also work with Move leadership to develop sourcing strategies.
• Make data work for you monitor and analyse recruitment data. Turning findings into actionable insights.
• You’ll help identity tools we should be using and know how they work best together

Requirements

• Proven track record of hires within marketing
• Sourcing expertise
• Familiarity with the latest sourcing techniques and tools
• In-house, agency or RPO experience
