Job Description
EP is passionate about bringing our library of quality, curriculum-aligned online learning experiences to students across a number of growing markets around the world. To this end we are looking for a contract-based Project Coordinator to over see the auditing and alignment of our resources to ensure their fit for a global audience. This role is remote and can be based globally.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Content Delivery manager in all aspects of project planning, resourcing, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Identify project risks, issues, and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with a team of contractors to ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Develop project timelines and schedules, track progress, and provide regular status reports.
- Facilitate project meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure relevant stakeholders are kept informed.
- Ensure project documentation is maintained, accurate, and up-to-date.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in project administration, project coordination or project management.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in project management software tools, such as Jira.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
