Al Amal Business Solutions is seeking a European Sales Executive to join a Luxury Fine Dining Restaurant in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible in overseeing all aspects of the sales process, including developing new business relationships and maintaining existing ones with high-end clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success within the hospitality industry. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing company in a key role.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for the luxury restaurant in Abu Dhabi and its surrounding areas.
- Maintain existing relationships with high-end clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Meet with potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of the restaurant.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to drive sales and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales reports to management, including sales figures, market analysis, and sales pipeline updates.
Requirements
- Must be a EUROPEAN in the UAE and meeting the below
- Proven track record of success in a sales role within the hospitality industry, or stand alone branded/luxury restaurant (Famp;B or Events)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently, with a self-motivated and proactive approach
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
- High level of professionalism and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge in other European languages is a plus.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends, as required.
- Must be ready to relocate to Abu Dhabi
