Required by our client in Abu Dhabi, a Hygiene Officer who will ensure good hygiene conditions pertaining to food.
Job Specification
- Ensure implementation of ADFCA requirements
- Hazard analysis & corrective action on deviation
- Regular hygiene auditing & report making
- Implementing GHP in production area
- Responsible for food conducting safety awareness training classes
- Coordinating with external microbiology laboratory representatives for food sample collection.
- Microbiology report analysis and corrective action
- Implement good manufacturing practices in operation areas.
