Junior Business Process Analyst

Tyde Digital, a reputable digital transformation consultancy, is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to join our fast growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions that drive growth and increase efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a drive to achieve meaningful results.

• Develop and maintain detailed mind maps, process maps and other diagrams that accurately depict current (as-is) and future state (to-be) processes
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize business processes and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather data, perform analysis, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and monitor progress to ensure successful implementation.
• Develop and deliver training materials to educate stakeholders on new processes.
• Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business process analysis or a related field, with a focus on business process mapping, business improvement initiatives and analysis
• Strong knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Six Sigma (DMAIC), and business process mapping techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to travel as required

Benefits

Salary Range - 6,000 AED - 8,000 AED montlhy.
