We are looking for a Customer Accounts Specialist to join our Underwriting and Account Management department!

• Delivering excellent service levels to our customers and partners;
• Collecting and reviewing application documentation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations;
• Coordinating customer onboarding and application processes, working closely with various departments;
• Maintaining ongoing communication with customers;
• Setting up merchant accounts on our payment platform, supporting ongoing queries.

• A proactive team player with excellent time management skills;
• A confident user of Windows and overall MS Office;
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work independently whilst following standard procedures;
• Attention to detail;
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Chines;
• Considered as an advantage: prior experience working within the payments industry.
