Facilities Management Technician for UHNWF

Apt Resources, a leading recruitment company, is seeking a Facilities Management Technician to join the team at one of their premium clients, a UHNWF. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the facilities in order to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the family and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of facilities management as well as mechanical, electrical systems, HVAC, and IT systems.

• Perform routine inspections of facilities to identify and resolve any maintenance or safety issues
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from the family and staff
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance projects
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance tasks
• Manage the inventory of supplies necessary for facilities maintenance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations
• Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to facilities management

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities management in a 5-star hotel property
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and IT systems especially Apple TV and Crestron
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Benefits

AED 6000 to AED 9000 depending on the experience
