Apt Resources is a leading recruitment company specializing in providing exceptional services to luxury hotels and resorts. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Laundry Coordinator at the prestigious Royal Palace.

As the Laundry Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all laundry operations at the Royal Palace, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency. You will work closely with the Housekeeping and Maintenance departments to ensure all linens, towels, and other laundry items are laundered and delivered in a timely manner.

• Manage and supervise all laundry operations at the Royal Palace
• Ensure proper sorting, washing, and drying of linens, towels, and other laundry items
• Inspect all laundry items for stains, damages, or excessive wear and tear
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure an adequate supply of clean linens, towels, and other laundry items
• Maintain inventory of all laundry supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
• Train and supervise a team of laundry staff to ensure adherence to quality and productivity standards
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the laundry area

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of laundry equipment, chemicals, and techniques
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
