Job Description
Multi-Technician for a facilities maintenance company in Dubai.
Please apply only if you meet below mandatory requirements -
1. Certificate or Diploma (ITI) in, Plumbing / Mechanical / HVAC / Electrical trades (Mandatory - must have technical qualification).
2. Atleast 2-3 years relevant experience in Facilities Maintenance - multiple trade lines MEP/HVAC (UAE Experience Mandatory).
3 Preferably, some knowledge of suppliers for consumables and spares and ability to negotiate for best pricing.
5. Language Skills - Basic English Required for customer interactions.
6. Knowledge of S. Asian languages highly preferable (Hindi / Urdu / Malayalam...)
7. Immediate Joiner - 4 weeks or less as this is an urgent requirement. Candidate must currently be in the UAE.
