Apt Resources is seeking a dedicated and experienced Luxury Store Manager to join our client's team in the Luxury Retail industry. As a luxury store manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations of their high-end retail store and ensuring exceptional customer service. • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve target revenue goals
• Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure the store is properly stocked and visually appealing at all times
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty
• Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Train staff on product knowledge and ensure they are up to date with the latest fashion trends
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of luxury brands and products
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to resolve issues effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
