Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manager, Content Strategy to shape the product, solution and industry position and messaging across all business units regionally, through creation of engaging and high-impact content tailored for every stage of the marketing funnel and sales process. This role also involves setting the strategic direction for all product, solution and industry marketing demand initiatives, while collaborating closely with the MarCom team for effective execution, to drive demand generation and brand recognition.

Responsibilities

  • Product amp; Solution Position and Messaging: Own the development of L1 L3 IVPs and ensure they’re institutionalized across the organization to create a unified and impactful market presence. Ensure that all content, irrespective of the channel or medium, is consistent in tone, style, and message, reinforcing ZainTECH’s position and value proposition.
  • Content Strategy: Define and create a detailed content strategy and content map across products, solutions and industries that aligns with annual sales and marketing priorities and customer journey.
  • Content Creation: Support Sales, Comms and Product teams by owning the production of engaging, high-impact content for each stage of the marketing funnel and sales process to effectively drive demand.
  • Marketing Planning: Work with Business Unit and Country stakeholders to build an annual product marketing plan to achieve annual marketing-led demand targets. Partner with the in-house MarCom team, providing strategic direction for execution.
  • Collaborate on Product Launches and Campaigns: Work closely with product teams during product launches and major campaigns to shape the content narrative, ensuring that it highlights the product's USPs and resonates with the target audience.
  • Analyst Relations: Manage relationship with key industry analysts like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the organization's brand position and capabilities across all business units for favorable recommendations and reports.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Continuously monitor and stay updated with the latest trends in IT services, content marketing, and digital communication to ensure ZainTECH remains at the forefront and relevant to its target audience.
  • Support the expansion of ZainTECH’s Digital Footprint: Work with the Comms team to explore and adopt new content formats and platforms, be it podcasts, webinars, AR/VR experiences, or emerging social media to broaden the reach for product, solution and industry messaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Computer Science, Economics, or related discipline).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a product marketing and/or analyst role within the ICT and/or Market Research industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to distil complex research into clear, concise, and impactful messaging.
  • Exceptional content and copywriting skills with a demonstrated ability to craft persuasive and engaging narratives
  • Familiarity with technology trends and industry dynamics, enabling the creation of content that resonates with a tech-savvy audience.
  • Experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or a similar role with a strong emphasis on content creation is a plus.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free content that adheres to style and branding guidelines.
