What Are We Looking For?
  • 6+ years’ experience managinggroups ofoutlets for aleading coffee or casual dining brandin the UAE or the other GCC countries
  • Experience of managing:
  • oOutlet teams
  • oCloud kitchen relationships
  • oSupply chainincluding planning,ordering, collection, delivery,receiving
  • Ability to coach and develop junior members of staffin customer service and selling
  • Strong attention to detail skill
  • Ability to work under pressurewith strong time-management
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficient,multi-seniority communicator
  • Passion forfood and beverage
  • Experience of writingStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Newoutlet opening experience
  • UAE driving licence - own car required
