The Production Team are on the lookout for an exceptional Show Caller, one who brings over 25 years of experience, with expertise in managing grand-scale events. If you've had the privilege of queuing events at the Olympics or similar mega-events, you're the one we are keen to speak with.
Role Responsibilities -
- Queuing the entire event as per the provided running order, ensuring that every segment transitions seamlessly.
- Coordinating the first opening show which comprises:
1500 drones
Immersive content displayed on massive LED screens (23 meters high x 2)
100 dancers and drummers
5 motorized acrobats
SFX and lighting show
50 children on stage
Fireworks display
Playback performance by a singer
- Managing the second opening show, which includes:
Pyro airplanes
Dancers
Fireworks
Immersive content
The selected Show Caller will be engaged from November 27th to December 10th. While your base can be anywhere, the assignment will be in Dubai. Your expertise will be rewarded with a daily rate commensurate with your experience, along with added benefits like hotel accommodation, a SIM card, and a car for the duration of your stay.

Requirements
- Over 25 years of experience as a Show Caller, particularly with grand-scale events.
- Proficiency in queuing events involving airplanes, drones, a large number of entertainers, SFX, lighting shows, and fireworks.
- Olympics or similar high-calibre event experience is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English.
- Must be equipped with a personal computer.
