About the role
We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid social marketing, with extensive knowledge of Facebook/Meta, Tiktok, Twitter, Snapchat, and conversion rate optimization. They will also possess excellent attention to detail and strong leadership skills.
You will play a vital role in driving the success of our mobile application by executing effective marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to execute marketing campaigns that boost app downloads, engagement, and user acquisition.
You'll have the opportunity to learn and grow, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to our campaigns and contributing to our marketing efforts in the mobile space. Your insights into mobile marketing performance will be valued as you actively contribute to acquisition and customer revenue.
What will you be doing?
- Develop and implement Display and Paid Social strategies for invygo's online campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Manage and optimize the company's Facebook/Instagram/Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Twitter Ads accounts, including ad creation, bidding strategies, optimizations, and budget allocation.
- Continuously analyze and assess campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize ROI and achieve KPI targets.
- Develop and refine social targeting strategies.
- Troubleshoot and solve paid social campaign issues in partnership with account managers.
- Conduct conversion rate optimization (CRO) activities, including A/B testing and content optimization, to improve ad performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as tech, content, design, and data, to create high-quality and relevant ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Paid Social trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular reports on Paid Social performance to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommending strategic actions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in display and paid socialads, with a proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns for mobile applications.
- In-depth understanding of Facebook/Instagram/Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Twitter Ads, and support software for each platform.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Creative Optimization best practices, including A/B testing and content briefing.
Beneficial experience:
- Experience in Saudi Arabia market is a plus
- Arabic speaking is a plus
- Car industry experience is a plus
