This role is varied and diverse and no two days will be the same, working across our global locations on all things property, project, design and facilities related.We are seeking a proactive team player to join our Property team in this part time role, consisting of 20 hours per week spread across Monday to Friday.What you will be doing: Te whakamahereSupporting our Property and New Zealand Facilities Manager, you will be directly involved in the management of our property portfolio, projects and facilities - enabling our people to concentrate on their best work.You'll put your strong project management skills into action working on a range of property projects ranging from initial scoping, design, leases, refits and office moves from implementation, to providing advice and support. Further, you will utilise your property financial and administration management skills, understanding costs, budgets and reviewing, renewing and negotiating leases for both domestic and offshore properties. You will be a problem solver, naturally curious, collaborative and be able to build strong relationships across all levels with both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be a key player in ensuring that our property project plans are actioned on time, within budget and in line with our strategic objectives.You'll have a knack of adapting your communication style to your audience whether it be implementing policies and procedures, supporting external events with facilities management or reporting.Meticulous and proactive, you’ll ensure that we are complying with compliance and reporting requirements to ensure that we are managing budget effectively.What you will need to be successful: O PukengaYou will possess an enthusiastic can-do approach and are someone who loves working daily with both internal staff and external customers.
