Responsibilities
- Cleaning rooms, hallways, lobby areas, and other assigned areas
- Emptying trash from designated areas
- Sanitizing bathrooms and restocking supplies
- Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs
- Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
- Following safety procedures in handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Notifying management of any repairs or maintenance needs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in commercial cleaning or a related field
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their appropriate usage
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and furniture
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in facility management (such as hospitals or malls) is advantageous
