Job Description
Our client, a renowned restaurant management group, is seeking an Arabic speaking Female Restaurant Manager for their Lebanese restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to maintain the restaurant's revenue, profitability, and quality goals. Your duties will include managing staff, monitoring food quality and presentation, handling customer complaints, and ensuring the compliance of health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Lebanese cuisine, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations
- Manage and train staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure the quality and presentation of food and beverages
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Manage budgets and control costs
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update the menu
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong knowledge of Lebanese cuisine and culture
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
