Roles and Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Verify and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
Accounts Receivable:
Assist in invoicing and billing processes.
Follow up on customer payments and resolve discrepancies.
General Ledger Maintenance:
Update and maintain the general ledger with accurate financial transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
Expense Management:
Review and process employee expense reports.
Ensure adherence to company expense policies.
Financial Reporting:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
Generate and analyze various financial reports as needed.
Data Entry and Record-Keeping:
Enter financial data into accounting software with precision.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
Audit Support:
Prepare documentation and assist in internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Assist in Month-End and Year-End Closures:
Collaborate in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare adjusting journal entries as necessary.
Communication:
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve financial issues.
Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
